Muscle Science for Women is operated by Ashleigh VanHouten and Rachel Gregory. If you have a privacy question, please contact us through the contact form.

The newsletter is delivered through Substack. If you purchase a program, the purchase is processed on rgfit.com through Kajabi and its payment processor. The Shop contains affiliate links to third-party retailers, and we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through one of those links.
